What a CEX-Funded Buys alert means
A CEX-Funded Buys alert means buyers whose funds came directly from a centralized exchange appeared.
Onyx Foundry reads on-chain buying as evidence, with limits. One wallet can split into ten; a fresh wallet can belong to the deployer. The checks below cover both cases.
Wallet alerts show what money did, which is harder to fake than a post. Onyx Foundry follows CEX-Funded Buys on Solana and asks whose wallets they are and what they did before.
One habit: Compare the buy size with pool liquidity; a buy that moves price far is also hard to exit. Open the buying wallet and read its last twenty trades before trusting the buy.
